In short: Tipto doesn't collect personal data. No accounts, no ads, no analytics tools. Everything in the game stays on your phone.

Who is responsible?

The developer who publishes Tipto on the App Store: Tipto A.Ş. (the company is being incorporated in Türkiye; once it is registered, its full legal name, registration number and address will be published on this page). For any privacy question: [email protected]

What data does the game collect?

None. Your progress, simit, characters and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. If you delete the app, they are deleted too.

Your Own Pet and the camera

Your pet's photo is processed on your phone. Only a few colors taken from the photo and the name you choose are stored on your device. The photo itself is not stored and is never sent anywhere. Camera or photo access is only requested when you use this feature.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. The game checks what you bought on your device through Apple's system.

Notifications

If you allow them, the game schedules local reminders on your device: at most one a day, never at night. No server is involved. You can turn them off at any time in the game settings or in iOS Settings.

Friend codes

The league code you share is made on your device. It contains only a random id, a nickname picked from a word list, the day's score and a character. It is shared only if you choose to share it, after a parent check. Codes are never sent to us.

Ads and tracking

This version has no ads. We don't track you across apps or websites, and we don't use third-party analytics or ad tools.

Children

Tipto is made for players of all ages. We don't collect personal data from children. A parent check comes before purchases and before sharing outside the game.

This website

playtipto.com uses no cookies and no visitor analytics. When you arrive at the home page from elsewhere, it opens in Turkish, English or Arabic based on your browser's language setting; this setting is not stored. It is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc.'s network. To deliver the site and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare may briefly process technical data such as IP addresses. This is based on our legitimate interest in running the site securely.

If you email us

We use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them within a reasonable time once we are done. Our email is handled by Google Workspace.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside Türkiye. These transfers are made with the safeguards required by applicable law.

Your rights

To use your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, if you are in the European Union, under the GDPR, write to [email protected]. You may also contact the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If we update this policy, we change the date at the top of this page.
